Tai Chi in Barnstaple and Bideford - classes.
Finding a Tai Chi class and Tai Chi teacher.
Decide on your needs. What is affordable? What do you hope to accomplish?
Decide on all the questions you want answering, you may speak to aquaintances that already go to a class, call on and ask local instructors, they should be pleased to see you and want to help. If possible ask to see a class or better still join in a sample class so that you can guage if the content and teaching meets your aspirations. It is important to find a good and knowledgeable teacher if you want good Tai Chi, but you may be happy to settle for a teacher with whom you have a rapport and whose class you simply enjoy. - perhaps you will find both .... if you look.
There are no secrets any more to be hidden from you.
"Your foundation is your future."
'You are your own destiny'
Look for qualified, insured and registered teachers with Tai Chi Union of Great Britain and/or the British Council for Chinese Martial Arts. (Go to links page for direct connection to these organisations)
