Tai Chi in Barnstaple and Bideford - classes.
Finding a Tai Chi class and Tai Chi teacher.
"Beware knowing the cost of every thing and the value of nothing."
It is important to find a good and knowledgeable teacher if you want good Tai Chi, but you may be happy to settle for a teacher with whom you have a rapport and whose class you simply enjoy. - perhaps you will find both .... it is up to you to look.
You must expect to put time and effort in to your practice, if you are not prepared to do this you will not experience the full rewards you could attain, although the experience will still be useful.
There are no secrets any more to be hidden from you.
You only hide them from yourself.'
One way is to look for qualified, insured and registered teachers with Tai Chi Union of Great Britain and/or the British Council for Chinese Martial Arts. ( links are available directly to these organisations on this site's links page)
